1、After the equipment is manufactured, the company will send one or two technicians to the customer's site to guide the customer's personnel on-site installation and commissioning.

      2、Conscientiously follow the installation program determined by both parties, and respect the requirements of the customer's technical personnel to carry out on-site service.

      3, in order to more effective on-site installation and commissioning, if necessary, customers need to cooperate with the provision of appropriate installation equipment and tools, until the normal operation of the equipment, the production of qualified finished products, run for one week, until the user is satisfied.

      4, in the process of on-site installation to comply with the rules of production safety, to provide customers with detailed product specifications, electrical schematic diagrams and related information.

      5、Comprehensively check the equipment before starting the production, and make a good record, confirm the normal of each component and then put into trial operation.

      6、Road check the equipment during the operation period, solve the problems immediately, and take decisive measures to deal with the major hidden faults.

      7、Lubricate the transmission parts of the equipment according to the maintenance time, and carry out safety and quality inspection after the shutdown of the key parts, and make records.

      8、Timely communication with the customer operator, check and deal with the abnormal phenomenon in the operation process.

      9、Provide customers with a complete list of equipment spare parts, so that customers can purchase at any time.

     10、After the installation of equipment, the customer technical personnel training, equipment operation, repair, maintenance and other content on-site training, specific content:

      (1) the overall structure of the equipment, working principle, the nature of work training.

      (2) equipment at all levels of the role of components, operation methods, interconnection mode.

      (3) equipment installation procedures, commissioning methods, precautions, installation requirements.

      (4) The electrical principle of the equipment, installation and commissioning methods.

      (5) Daily maintenance training, common faults and troubleshooting methods. Each key component parameter measurement (no load, with load), the replacement of common parts and precautions.
