Features
This machine has a frame, movable jaw , eccentric shaft, jaw plate, toggle plate and other component parts , The frame is overall steel structure , racks forearm has jaw plate with wedge bolt fixed . At the sidewall of frame around the crushing cavity has guard plate, in order to prevent the wearing of machine frame.
The movable jaw is wear-resisting cast steel, the frontage install sewing plate. The upper hanging by eccentric shaft and roller bearing on the rack, the lower support on the bracket, and rolling contact directly with the bracket, on both ends of eccentric shaft equipped with flywheel and pulley.
Under the Supported
by the adjustable seat, the other side of the bracket contact with the bearing
rolling. In addition to support the moving jaw, the bracket plays the role of security
which refers to break quickly to protect other components from damage when the
feed materials cannot be broken into the crushing chamber and the machine loads
suddenly increase.
When adjust the discharging granularity, the adjustable seat installed in a frame on both sides of the sliding groove, and next to the wedge. When discharging to be adjusted, with a wrench nut right-handed ,the adjustable wedge immediately rise, adjustable seat and then move forward, so discharging is from big to small, otherwise changes from small to big.
Working Principle
The motor drives the belt and belt pulley, and makes the movable jaw up and down by eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the fixed jaw and movable jaw gets larger, and the materials can be crushed to reach the crushing target. When the movable jaw down,the angle between the fixed jaw and movable jaw gets smaller. The movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate by the function of drawbar and spring, and then the crushed materials are discharged from the lower outlet of the crushing cavity.
