PY Series Spring Cone Crusher Introduction

     The machine is developed on the basis of absorption of foreign advanced technologies in 1980s. It is different from traditional cone crushers in designed structure and adopt the main advantages of each traditional type so far. It is suitable for fine crushing and superfine crushing hard rock, ores, slag and refractory. Cone crusher is widely used in metallurgical industry, construction industry, road building industry, chemical industry and phosphate industry. It is also applies to hard and medium hard ore and rock crushing operations such as iron ore, copper ore, limestone, quartz, granite, basalt, diabase. Ore crushing chamber is determined by the type of use: standard type applied to medium crushing, medium one suitable for crushing and the short head type is applied to ultra-fine crushing.

 Working Principle

    Driven by the motor, hydraulic coupler, small bevel gear drive the big bevel gear under the eccentric sleeve to make the sleeve rotate in order to crushing materials. The spindle don’t rotate but to support and bear crushing force. This kind of structure could bear great crushing force, thus is very steady and is suitable for fine and super fine crushing requirements. Cone crusher usually applied to the third or the fourth stage of crushing operations. It is also suitable for building materials and non metallic mines and civil engineering, especially used in sand making operations.

Working Features

1 , The movable cone rotates continuously, the crushing process and discharge process run alternately along the working surface, thus with high production .

 2, The material sandwiches between the two cones, suffering extrusion, bending and shearing , easier crush and lower power consumption .

 3, Even final product size , uniform wear surface.

4 , Simple structural. Cone crusher main components are as follows: the horizontal axis , moving cone body, balance wheel, eccentric bushing, upper broken wall ( fixed cone ), lower crushing wall (movable cone), hydraulic coupler, lubricating systems, hydraulic systems, control systems and other parts.

5 , Both moving cone and fixed cone are upright. While dynamic cone swing , in the crushing chamber near the discharge port , there is a parallel gap between the moving cone and fixed cone so that the finished product be uniform. Inlet size is capable of handling the material that has been broken once.

6 , this series cone crusher adopts dry oil or water seals sealing methods, dust and impurities can not get into the machine , thus ensuring cleanness of lubrication oil and extending the service life of sliding bearing and ball thrust bearing, making the machine run reliably.
