Four Roll Crusher product description
Four-roll crusher is suitable for solid materials with compressive strength less than 300Mpa and water less than 30%, and it is required to have fine and medium crushing operation with large crushing ratio. Such as crushing iron ore, quartzite, potassium (sodium) feldspar, limestone, river pebbles, silicon, barite, basalt, granite, steel slag, cement clinker, construction waste (concrete), shale, lime, coal, coke, water slag, clay, gypsum, bentonite, fertilizers, chemical raw materials and other solid materials. It is characterized by low maintenance cost, large crushing ratio, low water requirement, low power consumption, reliable performance, low dust and low noise.
Four rolls crusher is equipped with four crushing rolls, four rolls can choose toothed roll surface, surfacing roll surface, flat roll surface at will, suitable for feeding size less than 90mm, finished product size requirements of 0.3-10mm medium and fine crushing operations.
If the compressive strength of the material is more than 200Mpa, it is recommended to choose the aggravated model. Transmission mode can be divided into two kinds according to the user's requirements: triangle belt and coupling transmission (hard link). This equipment in the mine without electricity can be changed to diesel or gasoline engine as power.
Four Roll Crusher working principle
The four-roll crusher utilizes four high-strength wear-resistant crushing rolls, which rotate relative to each other to produce high squeezing and shearing force to crush materials. After the material enters the gap between the upper two rolls (V-shape crushing chamber), it will be squeezed and sheared by the relative rotation of the two rolls, the material will be squeezed and sheared for the first time (coarse crushing), and then it will enter into the relative rotation of the lower two rolls, and then squeezed, sheared and ground by the lower two rolls (fine crushing) into the required granularity from the discharge port.
