Four Roller Three Crusher product description
Four rolls three crusher is suitable for ultra-fine crushing of solid materials with compressive strength less than 260Mpa and moisture less than 20%, such as crushing iron ore, quartzite, potassium (sodium) feldspar, limestone, river pebbles, silicon metal, barite, basalt, granite, steel slag, cement clinker, construction waste (concrete), shale, quicklime, coal, coke, clay, bentonite, chemical raw materials and so on. It can be widely used in mining, thermoelectricity, cement ceramics, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials and other industries, and is characterized by low maintenance cost, low water requirement, reliable performance, low power consumption, low dust, low noise and so on.
The four roller surfaces are divided into surfacing roller surfaces and flat roller surfaces, which can be selected and combined in accordance with the user's requirements for particle size, and are suitable for ultra-fine crushing operations with a feed size of less than 60mm and a finished product size of 0.1-5mm. This equipment can be changed to diesel engine and gasoline engine as power in the case of no electricity in the mine.
Four Roller Three Crusher working principle
Four rolls and three crusher utilizes four wear-resistant alloy crushing rolls to crush materials by the high squeezing pressure generated by the relative rotation of the four rolls. After the material enters the top two rolls V-shape crushing chamber, it is squeezed and ground by the relative rotation of the upper two rolls for the first time (coarse crushing), and then enters the middle two rolls V-shape crushing chamber for the second time (fine crushing), and then enters the lower two rolls V-shape crushing chamber for the third time (ultra-fine crushing), and is crushed into the required granularity after being squeezed, sheared, and ground (ultra-fine crushing), and then is discharged by discharge port. The middle two rolls are common rolls.
