Fine crushing production line consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, toothed roll crusher, four-roll three crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, electric control system and other equipment. The whole fine crushing production line according to customer requirements, process flow optimization design, the use of low operating costs in the industry, mature and reasonable equipment, and make all levels of equipment matching reasonable, as well as rigorous space cross-layout design, the configuration of equipment based on the customer's requirements for technical requirements, output to determine, and at the same time, equipped with advanced electronic control operating system, so that the entire production line with a high degree of automation (in addition to normal startup, shutdown and routine maintenance, basically no need for manual operation), the production line can be used in a variety of ways. It is suitable for crushing fine crushing operation with compressive strength not more than 200Mpa, such as ultra-fine crushing operation for crushing various ores, cement clinker, coal, coke, steel slag, water slag, slag and other materials.
Fine Crushing Line working principle
When working, the large materials are poured into the silo by loader, and evenly sent into the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for coarse crushing, the coarse crushed materials are sent to the double-toothed roll crusher by belt conveyor for medium crushing, and the medium crushed materials are sent to the four-roll three-crush crusher by belt conveyor for fine crushing through fabricator, and the finely crushed materials are sent to the vibrating screen by belt conveyor for screening, and screened out the different specifications of the materials, and the finished products which can satisfy the requirements of particle size are sent away by belt conveyor; the unqualified materials are returned to the crusher by belt conveyor for re-crushing to form a closed circuit. The unqualified materials are returned to the crusher by the belt conveyor to be crushed again, forming a closed-circuit cycle.
