I. Program I
When the silica content in the stone is less than 25%, the following scheme can be recommended:
Stone (aggregate) production line is composed of raw material silo, vibrating (screening) feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, electric control system and other equipment. It has the features of good aggregate particle shape (square), no fear of high moisture, low operation cost, high output, high automation degree, etc. It meets the requirements of each aggregate industry, especially suitable for the construction of highways and high-speed railroads. It is the stone (aggregate) production line with high cost performance, small investment and low running cost in the domestic market.
5mm; 5-12mm; 12-31.5mm finished stone is sent away by belt conveyor, and above 31.5mm stone is returned to impact crusher for crushing again, forming a closed loop.
According to the customer such as the requirement of 5-12mm rice stone, it can be sent by the belt machine through the fabricator to the roller sand making machine to produce mechanism sand, and then sent to the sand washing machine to clean the soil, and finally sent to the dewatering screen to dewater, and at the same time, the fine sand will be recycled up.
When the processing capacity of stone (aggregate) exceeds 200t/h; it is recommended to add another one (two) impact crusher in parallel to complete.
Second, program two
When the silica content in the stone is higher than 25%, the following scheme can be recommended:
